The citizens of New Orleans have decided to reward the incompetence of Ray 'School Bus' Nagin by re-electing him to be mayor. Paul at Wizbang predicted this back in April, "Misunderstanding the New Orleans Vote - And Why Whites Will Re-Elect Ray Nagin". Granted neither choice was very appealing, Nagin shouldn't have made it through the primary, but in the end screwing-up is rewarded. Hopefully Nagin might have learned something and will do better this time around. Can't really do any worse.
